Women and Girls Only Self Defence Workshop 31 July

This is a special self defence class for women and girls. You do not need to be a Tang Sou Dao member to join this workshop. This class is open to all members of the public. Families and friends of students are of course welcome. This class will include teaching practical skills, including learning about pressure points, practising basic techniques and escapes. This workshop is always an informal and fun experience, while focussing on skills that may prove essential. This will be held at Grays HQ on Sunday 31 July 1.30-4.30pm.
