Senior Class 2 October 2022

This is a class for Blue Belts upwards. Focus will be on perfecting your technique and practising advanced combinations and footwork. We will also concentrate on the senior belt forms. You are required to attend a minimum number of classes in order to progress to your Duan grades. There will be a Duan promotion test after this workshop.
