This is the first form that beginners will learn for their first 9th ji yellow stripe belt. Focus should be on the three main stances and the performance (delivery and retrieval) of the front thrust kick. The form includes the long range punch and the reverse punch. It also includes the basic kick and punch combination which is the basis of many other more complex combinations. Master Anna Welch performs this form.
