This is the third kicking form which is learnt by black belt grades. This is a short form, but high energy with little recovery time between moves. It is technical and challenging, requiring in-depth awareness of how to deliver kicking power and how to control it. The form includes delivering a back sweep kick from a held knee kick. The ending is a difficult jump and turn in the air, landing in a floor sweep kick. The first video shows the fast count performed by Master Russell Jones, a senior instructor based in West Sussex. The second video shows Kane McEwan and Trinity Langmead performing it freestyle. Kane has been training under Grandmaster Loke since young and is a well respected senior student at Grays HQ. Trinity Langmead started training in Hornchurch Wu Kwan under Grandmaster Loke over 15 years ago.
