Yi Chuan Ee Thau

This is the first intermediate form. This is studied by 7th ji orange stripes for their 6th ji orange belt. This form is a significant step up from the basic forms. The first 12 moves involve quick and precise changes of direction, requiring mobility and a running stance. The form introduces the kick off the front leg, testing stance and balance. There is also focus on the outside to inside drop kick, which should be fast and delivered long.
