Yi Chuan Er Thau

This form is studied by 6th ji orange belt for their 5th green stripe belt. This is the longest Yi Chuan form. This form introduces the Tao Chuen hammer fist technique, and students should concentrate on expressing power in the solid close fist combinations. The front knee kick should be delivered with speed and tests the student’s balance. The form also introduces the inside to outside drop kick, which requires hip flexibility and precision.
