This form is studied by 6th ji orange belt for their 5th green stripe belt. This is the longest Yi Chuan form. This form is about expressing power in the solid close fist combinations. The student should also demonstrate an understanding of how the different hand techniques are delivered, with control of the elbow. The front knee kick should be delivered with speed and tests the student’s balance. The form also introduces the inside to outside drop kick, which requires hip flexibility and precision.
