This form is learnt by 3rd ji blue stripe for their 2nd ji blue belt grading. This form incorporates the hammer strike and stomp kick, which are part of a solid hand and leg combination. The form also introduces the back sweeping kick, which requires agility and strength (there are variations for those students who are unable to perform the sweep due to injury). The form also showcases the technical concurrent mirror hand technique for the first time. The grading kick at this stage is the jump side kick. The first video is performed by Master Siew Ying Loke.
