Senior Class 7 November

This is a class for Blue Belts upwards. Focus will be on perfecting your technique and practising advanced combinations and footwork. We will also concentrate on the senior belt forms. You are required to attend a minimum number of classes in order to progress to your Duan grades. There will be a Duan grading after this class. Please check the grading tab in order to find out further information if you are grading that day.
